After a long day at the office, you get home only to be faced with the daily dilemma of what to have for dinner. Let Galley Girl take care of that worry for you. We値l work together to find a menu of healthy foods you actually want to eat, and I値l take care of dinner from there. I can do your grocery shopping, and can either completely prepare the meals for you to reheat later, or I can get everything ready so you can just toss it in the oven.*

 

While I can do multi-course meals for parties or private special occasions, I focus on regularly scheduled visits where I値l prepare 3-5 different entrees and side dishes that generally serve four adults per entr馥.  If you would prefer more or fewer servings, just let me know.

 

I will custom tailor a menu to your taste, budget, and dietary requirements in a meeting before your first cooking session. We値l talk about the kinds of foods in general, seasonings and specific meats and vegetables that you like, dislike, or haven稚 tried yet. We can discuss subsequent menus either at the end of your cooking sessions or by email or phone prior to your next session. I have a wide selection of recipes that I use, but am happy to use your favorite recipes as well. If you would prefer to do the cooking, but would like me to do your meal planning, grocery shopping and pre-cooking preparation, I値l happily do that as well.
